Our client is an established and growing snack food manufacturer seeking a Vice President of Manufacturing to lead its manufacturing operations across multiple facilities. This executive leadership role will be responsible for driving operational performance, developing manufacturing strategy, and ensuring the business continues to meet its objectives for safety, quality, service, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Develop and execute manufacturing strategies that support business growth and operational objectives.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost performance.
• Lead, develop, and mentor Plant Managers and senior manufacturing leaders.
• Oversee production, maintenance, engineering, and continuous improvement functions.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure operational alignment and successful execution.
• Lead capital investment, automation, and facility improvement projects.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive accountability and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Food Science, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience within the snack food or broader food manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, food safety, and operational performance management.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams and deliver measurable business results.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
