CSG Talent is partnering with a global leader in the consumer electronics sector to appoint a UK Sales Manager. This is a high-impact commercial role focused on driving growth across major retail partners and supporting expansion into new channels.
The business is experiencing significant international growth and is investing heavily in its UK & Ireland retail footprint, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take ownership of key accounts and regional strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead sales growth across strategic retail accounts in the UK & Ireland
Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners to maximise revenue and category performance
Identify and secure new opportunities, including expansion into into new sectors
Manage commercial negotiations, promotional planning, forecasting, and account profitability
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to support new product launches and brand visibility
Provide regular reporting and market insight to senior leadership
To be successful in this role, we are searchign for:
Proven experience in retail key account management or national account sales within consumer home products
Strong understanding of the UK retail landscape (electrical, department store, and/or DIY channels)
Demonstrated track record of delivering growth with major retail partners
Ability to work autonomously in a home-based role with travel across the region
