A leading technology and digital transformation partner supporting federal agencies is seeking a UiPath Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.

This role will play a critical part in advancing automation initiatives within mission-focused federal environments, including work supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and business acumen - particularly within highly regulated, mission-driven environments.

Duties and responsibilities as a UiPathSolution Architect:

  • Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support attended automations using UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Robot Assistant in alignment with business needs and technical best practices.

  • Configure UiPath Orchestrator (queues, assets, robots, schedules, environments, releases, credentials).

  • Package and promote automations across environments, implementing exception handling, logging, monitoring, and alerting for production solutions.

  • Collaborate with government stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.

  • Guide the adoption and optimization of automation products, evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance RPA capabilities.

  • Support technical documentation including solution design, business process documentation, and end-user training materials as required.

  • Participate in Agile delivery activities (standups, sprint planning, reviews).

Essential qualifications required for this position:

  • U.S. Citizen; Active DHS clearance or Top-Secret Clearance required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience with RPA solutions, primarily UiPath.

  • Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Assistant (development, configuration, deployment).

  • Experience with RPA workflow automation, business process mapping and documentation, and COTS system integration.

  • Experience implementing exception handling, logging, monitoring, and providing production troubleshooting support.

  • Experience working with stakeholders, business users, and technical SMEs to gather and refine requirements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
