Texas Facilities Leader

CSG Talent are partnering with an ambitious Civil Engineering consulting firm who have earmarked Texas as a significant area for growth and investment for 2026. Therefore are looking to identify a technically strong water/wastewater facilities professional to lead their practice.

The role is ideal for a senior engineer with deep expertise in municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities who is ready to drive strategy, mentor teams, and expand client relationships.

Please note: This position is open to U.S.-based engineers only. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• 15+ years of experience in water and wastewater treatment and facilities engineering

• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale municipal projects

• Strong leadership, supervision, and team development experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
