As part of their continued growth in Northern Europe, they are seeking a commercially driven and technically competent Territory Manager - Scandinavia to develop and expand their presence across the region.
The Role
The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. The role requires a combination of technical understanding, strategic sales ability, and strong relationship management skills within the mining and aggregates sectors.
This is a field-based role with frequent travel across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for Scandinavia
Manage and grow existing accounts within mining, aggregates, and recycling sectors
Identify and secure new business opportunities with quarry operators, mining companies, and recycling facilities
Provide technical consultation on consumable applications and performance improvements
Work closely with operations and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory plans
Represent the company at industry events and trade exhibitions
Key Requirements
Proven experience in technical sales within mining, aggregates, recycling, or heavy industrial sectors
Experience working with major operators such as Boliden, LKAB, or NCC is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to manage large territories independently
Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
Fluent in English; Scandinavian language skills are highly desirable
Willingness to travel extensively across Scandinavia
