About

We are seeking a Technical Services Engineer to support insulated wall and roof panel systems used across commercial and industrial projects. The role combines structural calculations with broader building performance requirements including compliance with the NCC and relevant Australian Standards.

You will join a market leading manufacturer of insulated panel systems, providing technical guidance to customers and internal teams to ensure products are applied safely, correctly and in line with structural, thermal, fire, acoustic and weather performance requirements.

What You Will Do

• Respond to technical enquiries relating to wind loading, panel spans and fixing design
• Use engineering tools to assess structural capacity and correct panel application
• Apply NCC and relevant Australian Standards to ensure compliance across structural and building performance criteria
• Consider thermal performance, fire performance, acoustic performance and weatherproofing when assessing wall and roof assemblies
• Support product testing, technical documentation and customer presentations
• Provide clear technical support to sales and specification teams

What You Bring

• Degree in Structural, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with building materials products
• Confidence performing structural calculations and interpreting Australian Standards
• Understanding of building code requirements and broader system performance beyond structural capacity
• Strong communication skills and a practical problem solving mindset
