Technical Services Manager

Job Title: Technical Service Manager (with Commercial Responsibility)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Reporting to: Regional Technical Leadership, Asia Pacific

Position Summary

This role plays a dual function, with a primary focus on delivering high-quality technical support to customers across the Asia Pacific region, alongside selected commercial responsibilities within Vietnam.

The position requires strong technical expertise in animal nutrition or veterinary science, combined with the ability to engage customers effectively and support business growth in a regional capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Service (Primary Focus):

• Provide technical support and solutions to customers across Asia Pacific, with a focus on Vietnam and surrounding markets
• Partner with customers to address technical challenges, optimise product performance, and deliver value-added solutions
• Conduct on-site visits, training sessions, and technical presentations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g. R&D, commercial, marketing) to support customer success and product positioning
• Gather field insights and customer feedback to contribute to ongoing product and application development

Commercial & Market Support (Secondary Focus):

• Work closely with local channel partners in Vietnam to support business activities
• Assist with order coordination and ensure smooth execution of customer requirements
• Maintain and develop relationships with key customers
• Support identification of new business opportunities and contribute to regional growth initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master's degree (or above) in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in technical service, animal health, or feed industry
• Experience working within an international or regional business environment preferred
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness and ability to travel within Vietnam and across the Asia Pacific region
