CSG is partnering with a global leader in advanced engineering solutions to appoint a Technical Sales Manager to support continued growth across key high-performance industries.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business delivering highly engineered components and materials into sectors such as Aerospace, Life Sciences, and Space.

As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across an established and developing customer base. You'll work closely with engineering teams and customers to deliver tailored technical solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing and prospective customers

  • Identifying new application opportunities for engineered components and materials

  • Leading the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to negotiation and close

  • Supporting technical discussions, including interpreting drawings and specifications

  • Collaborating with internal engineering and design teams on bespoke solutions

  • Managing strategic accounts, including Tier 1 suppliers and distribution partners

  • Negotiating long-term agreements with key customers

We're looking for a commercially driven technical sales professional who thrives in a consultative, solution-led environment.

You will likely have:

  • 5+ years' experience in technical B2B sales (engineering components/materials)

  • A degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong ability to engage with engineers and understand technical applications

  • Experience selling into industries such as Aerospace, Medical, Space, or advanced manufacturing

  • Experience of building long-term customer relationships and closing complex deals

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
