We are looking for a highly motivated technical leader with a strong background in digital transformation and federal IT delivery. The ideal candidate brings experience delivering, managing, and expanding innovative digital services such as Salesforce implementations, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration workflows, Intelligent Automation, and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning initiatives.

Deep expertise in system and application design, Agile software development, and DevSecOps practices across custom development, low-code/no-code platforms, and SaaS/PaaS environments is essential.

This role combines hands-on program leadership with customer engagement, capture support, and strategic account growth. Candidates with established DHS/TSA relationships, strong industry presence, and exceptional leadership and communication skills will thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with existing and prospective federal clients, serving as a subject matter expert and delivery leader
  • Oversee high-quality technical delivery across multiple task orders
  • Provide consulting expertise in application/software development, SaaS/PaaS implementation, DevSecOps, low-code/no-code solutions, and Intelligent Automation
  • Drive customer relationship management and ensure successful execution of program objectives
  • Support recruiting efforts and build high-performing technical teams
  • Assist with capture and business development activities, including shaping and executing account growth strategies
  • Apply knowledge of federal IT acquisition trends and buying behaviors to influence Section L and Section M evaluation criteria
  • Lead proposal development efforts, including win theme creation, discriminators, value proposition articulation, and color team reviews
  • Manage multiple capture efforts across small and large IT opportunities spanning various customers and capability areas
  • Communicate effectively with senior executives, government stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret or DHS clearance (required)
  • Deep delivery experience and established relationships within the DHS market, preferably TSA
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience managing Salesforce and/or SharePoint and Microsoft 365 implementations
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery and DevSecOps models
  • Demonstrated success in full lifecycle capture and proposal management
  • Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and establishing program governance structures
  • Proven ability to recruit and retain top technical talent
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive audiences
  • Strong knowledge of DHS industry trends, competitive landscape, and federal acquisition processes
  • Ability to navigate complex customer environments and provide timely, effective resolution
