Swine Sales Manager | Feed Additives

Are you a commercially driven sales professional with experience in the swine industry?

Our client, an established and growing player in the animal health and nutrition sector, is looking to appoint a Swine Sales Manager to drive business growth across key US swine-producing regions.

Please Note: This is a commercial sales role. While technical knowledge of swine production and nutrition is important, the primary focus is developing new business, growing existing accounts and delivering sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with swine producers, nutritionists, veterinarians and distribution partners.
  • Promote a portfolio of innovative feed additive solutions using a consultative sales approach.
  • Manage your territory to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and support long-term customer growth.
  • Represent the business at industry events and customer meetings.

What We're Looking For

  • Successful B2B sales experience within animal nutrition, animal health, feed or feed additives.
  • Strong understanding of the US swine industry.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and manage key customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
  • Willingness to travel throughout key swine-producing regions (three nights per week).
