Structural Engineering Lead (Northeast)

CSG Talent are collaborating with a key partner of ours to identify a time-served Structural Engineering professional who currently resides in New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Connecticut or Maryland. The role would operate as the Structural technical authority and client leader across the Northeast.

Day to day overview:

• Lead delivery of structural analysis and design
• Manage and support a team of structural engineers and technical professionals, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing environment
• Review and guide the preparation of structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation

The ideal person:

• Typically 8+ years of experience in structural engineering or a related discipline, with demonstrated progression in technical responsibility
• Experience leading projects, mentoring engineers, or managing technical teams
• Degree in Engineering with a Structural focus
