Senior Sales Executive - Remote (U.S.)
I'm partnering with a U.S. organisation that designs and delivers integrated automation and material flow solutions for complex distribution and manufacturing environments. The business supports clients undertaking facility expansions, throughput improvements, and new technology deployments across multiple sectors including e‑commerce fulfilment, consumer products, industrial manufacturing, and third‑party logistics.
They are looking to appoint a commercially driven senior sales professional to help expand market presence and develop strategic customer partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Drive new business development across target verticals
- Lead opportunities through discovery, solution alignment, commercial structuring, and close
- Build trusted relationships with operational and executive stakeholders
- Translate customer operational challenges into solution-led proposals
- Partner with internal technical and delivery teams to shape winning strategies
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and deliver against revenue objectives
What They're Looking For
- Demonstrated success selling capital equipment, automation, or complex solutions
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing long, consultative sales cycles
- Understanding of distribution centre, fulfilment, or supply chain operations
- Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organisational levels
- Highly self-directed, comfortable operating in a remote, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and forecasting
- Degree in a business or technical discipline preferred
