CSG Talent is managing a confidential search for an experienced Software Development Subject Matter Expert to provide senior-level technical oversight across complex software delivery programmes.
This role will support architecture, engineering leadership, and best practice development across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide SME guidance across software development projects
Lead design reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making
Mentor development teams and support delivery excellence
Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with programme needs
We are searching for candidates with the follow experience and skill set:
Extensive experience in enterprise software engineering
Strong knowledge of modern development methodologies and best practices
Proven ability to provide technical leadership and governance
- Active DHS and/or Secret Clearance is Essential
