I'm representing a leading national General Contractor looking to appoint an experienced Senior / Lead Superintendent to their growing Advanced Manufacturing division.

The initial assignment is a major ground-up Advanced Manufacturing project in Texas, with a significant pipeline of complex projects across the U.S. thereafter.

This is a long-term opportunity with a contractor that can offer major projects, strong career progression and an excellent traveling package.

What they're looking for:

* 10+ years of commercial construction experience
* 5+ years operating as a Lead / Senior / General Superintendent
* Strong ground-up construction experience
* Background in Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial, Data Centers, Food & Beverage or Cold Storage
* Experience managing large subcontractor teams and complex schedules
* Strong field leadership and client-facing capabilities
* Willingness to travel nationally
