The Opportunity

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of healthcare projects from early planning and feasibility through to construction delivery and handover.

You will:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of health and healthcare infrastructure projects.

  • Manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholder groups in complex operational environments.

  • Oversee budgets, programs, risk management, and procurement processes.

  • Navigate authority approvals and governance requirements within health settings.

  • Provide strategic advice to clients to ensure project objectives are met.

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a strong delivery culture.

This role will suit someone confident operating in live health environments and managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.

About You

You are an experienced client-side Project Manager with strong exposure to healthcare builds.

You will bring:

  • 8+ years' experience in project or development management.

  • Proven experience delivering hospital, clinical, or healthcare infrastructure projects.

  • Strong understanding of health sector compliance, operational constraints, and stakeholder management.

  • Excellent commercial and contractual capability.

  • Ability to lead consultant teams and manage projects autonomously.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
