Senior Project Manager - Architecture

A globally recognised architecture practice in New York is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the studio as the firm continues to deliver major projects across the US.

This is an opportunity to join a highly respected design practice known for delivering large scale, complex projects across sectors including commercial office, mixed-use, residential, and hospitality. The studio works on projects ranging from significant urban developments to globally recognised landmark buildings. You would be joining a collaborative team of design and technical professionals responsible for delivering some of the most ambitious projects currently underway in New York and beyond.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take a leading role in the delivery of major projects, overseeing teams through all phases of design and construction. You will coordinate internal teams and external consultants, manage project schedules and budgets, and work closely with clients to ensure successful project outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to play a key leadership role within a fast paced and design driven environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional architecture experience delivering projects in the US
• Strong project management experience delivering large and complex projects
• Proficiency with Revit and experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent client management, leadership, and communication skills
