Senior Interior Designer | Healthcare | Dallas-Fort Worth (Remote)

We are partnered with a design-led interior design studio seeking a Senior Interior Designer to support a large-scale healthcare project. This role is fully remote, with the requirement to be based in Dallas-Fort Worth for occasional site visits as needed.

This is a senior, hands-on position for a designer who is comfortable owning healthcare workstreams, driving design and technical delivery, and collaborating closely with project and firm leadership.

What we are looking for:

• 8-12 years of professional interior design experience

• Healthcare project experience required

• Registered / Licensed Interior Designer

• Strong experience delivering projects from concept through construction

• Experience working on complex healthcare facilities

• Strong technical documentation and detailing skills

• Solid understanding of healthcare codes and regulations

• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants

• Clear, confident communicator with internal teams and clients

• Proficient in Revit and core design tools

• Able to manage priorities, deadlines, and design quality independently
