We are partnered with a highly respected, design-led Architecture & Design practice seeking a Senior Interior Architect to join its Los Angeles office.

This firm is widely recognised for some of the most complex and design-driven work in the country. Known for pushing boundaries, they regularly deliver highly technical and innovative projects, often described as "world firsts", across higher education, science & technology, workplace, civic, and healthcare environments.

The opportunity sits within a highly visible part of the business, supporting major projects from concept through delivery while playing a key role in client engagement, pursuits, and team leadership. This individual will work closely with senior leadership and help shape the direction of Interior Architecture within the office.

Unlike many larger firms, the studio does not operate in rigid, siloed sectors. Given the seniority of the role, this individual will have exposure to some of the firm's most innovative and technically complex projects nationally, offering broader variety and influence than many interiors-focused environments.

The Role

  • Lead Interior Architecture projects from concept through delivery
  • Front client relationships, presentations, and project discussions
  • Support pursuits, interviews, and positioning for new work
  • Mentor and guide project teams
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on major projects
  • Contribute to the continued growth and evolution of the Interior Architecture practice
  • Work across a broad range of complex project types including higher education, science & technology, civic, workplace, and healthcare

Requirements

  • Architecture degree required with a strong focus on Interior Architecture
  • Proven experience leading complex interior architecture projects
  • Strong design and technical capability across project delivery
  • Comfortable in client-facing environments and leading presentations
  • Experience mentoring teams and coordinating project delivery
  • Background within large-scale, technically complex environments preferred

Excellent compensation, bonus potential, profit share, and full benefits package.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to play a visible role within a nationally respected design environment while gaining exposure to some of the most innovative architectural work in the country.
