  • Ensure all systems meet performance, reliability, and redundancy requirements expected in mission-critical environments

  • Support vendor selection, scope definition, and performance management of commissioning agents and contractors

  • Contribute to project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management from a commissioning perspective

  • Represent commissioning in executive-level project reviews and stakeholder meetings

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in commissioning within data centres or other mission-critical environments

  • Proven track record leading commissioning on large-scale, complex projects (hyperscale preferred)

  • Strong technical expertise across electrical, mechanical, and control systems

  • Experience managing and scaling commissioning teams across multiple regions or projects

  • Deep understanding of commissioning processes including design review, FAT/SAT, IST, and turnover

  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and hands-on technical level

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

  • Experience working within fast-paced, high-growth environments

What They're Looking For
A senior leader who can elevate commissioning from a project-level function to a strategic discipline across the business. Someone who brings structure, consistency, and technical excellence, while also being comfortable operating in a fast-moving, delivery-focused environment.

This is a high-impact role with visibility across the organisation and a clear path to shaping commissioning standards at a national level.
