What You'll Do

  • Own and drive U.S. Federal new business revenue across solutions including RF Geolocation, aviation data, weather and space services.
  • Manage a personal quota for strategic RFGL, intelligence, or space opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities across the federal organization.
  • Work closely with executive leadership on strategic pursuits, customer engagement and growth planning.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and mission solutions teams to align customer requirements with capabilities.
  • Represent the federal business in executive reviews, forecasting, and customer engagements.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of federal sales experience with a track record of closing complex opportunities.
  • Deep knowledge of federal acquisition processes and contracting methods such as IDIQs, OTAs, and GSA Schedule.
  • Proven success selling data, analytics, intelligence, geospatial, RF, SIGINT, or GEOINT solutions into federal markets.
  • Experience leading or developing sales teams in high-growth environments.
  • Strong executive communication, customer engagement, and relationship-building skills.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance in good standing at the time of application.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Military, Intelligence Community, or national security background.
  • Existing relationships across defense, intelligence, homeland security, or federal contractor organizations.
  • Experience selling commercial space data, RF intelligence, or geospatial solutions.
  • Experience working with systems integrators and positioning capabilities within large program pursuits.
  • Ability to operate strategically while maintaining hands-on customer engagement.

Other Requirements & Education

  • Location: McLean, Virginia, with flexibility for travel.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, industry events, and classified site visits.
  • Hybrid work model requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
