CSG is partnering with a leading mining technology organisation seeking a senior commercial leader to drive growth across international markets.

This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced business builder with deep exposure to mining, exploration, drilling services, or mining technology. The successful candidate will own regional performance, combining strategic business development, P&L accountability, and operational leadership to deliver sustainable growth.

You will operate at executive level, building trusted relationships with mining operators, exploration companies, drilling contractors, and technology partners, translating market opportunity into measurable commercial outcomes.


The Role

A senior regional leadership position with full commercial accountability.

You will define and execute growth strategy, lead key client relationships at C-level, and develop the commercial engine required to scale revenue, margin, and market presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional business development strategy and execution
  • Own full P&L performance, including revenue, margin, and EBITDA delivery
  • Develop and expand strategic relationships across mining and mining technology clients
  • Lead complex negotiations, tenders, and high-value commercial agreements
  • Build, develop, and lead high-performing commercial and technical teams
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred)
  • Identify and execute new market entry and expansion opportunities
  • Establish scalable commercial processes, governance, and reporting
  • Align regional execution with global commercial strategy

About You

  • 10+ years' experience in senior commercial, country, or business unit leadership roles
  • Strong background in mining, geological exploration, drilling services, or mining technology
  • Proven track record of delivering sustained revenue growth and profitability
  • Strong C-level stakeholder management and executive influence
  • Experience leading complex, long-cycle, high-value deals
  • Strong leadership across commercial, technical, and operational teams
  • Commercially and financially astute, with P&L ownership experience
  • Degree in Mining, Geological, Industrial Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
