Territory Sales Rep - vet/animal health devices and consumables

Salary: Up to €60,000 and bonus

Based: North Germany

CSG are partnering a privately owned European veterinary medical devices and consumables business, growing massively in Europe and growing their teams in a variety of European countries. They offer world class and broad medical solutions sold into vet clinics, lots of variation and already a very popular and highly respected business with their customers.

They are looking to add a Territory Manager/Sales Rep to their high performing Germany team, based in the North of Germany to continue growing that area of Germany. Though this is a role covering the North, the business model in Germany is mainly done by telephone sales with less need to field visits…though this is a requirement when needed for larger and higher value customer and opportunities.

The business has a very high quality marketing team who generate a lot of successful and high quality leads, so this role is a mix of new business sales, account management and reacting to hot leads.

Requirements:

  • Ex vet experience is ideal/preferred
  • Some form of sales experience is essential, this can be both internal/telephone and external/field sales
  • German national with the legal right to work in Germany without VISA or sponsorship
  • Though this role is mainly telephone based, we do need someone flexible to travel up 30-40% maximum as per business and customer requirements
  • The ability to communicate in English when needed
