My client is a leading international organisation within the home security sector who are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager for the DACH region to drive growth within the DIY channel.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will take full ownership of commercial performance across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, focusing on expanding market presence and strengthening retail partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development and deliver sales targets across the DACH region
- Define and implement regional channel strategy, including distributors, national retailers, and independent partners
- Build, develop, and manage long-term channel relationships
- Drive new product introductions across key accounts, from early engagement through to launch
- Enhance retail execution through in-store marketing, training, and capability development
Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years' experience in channel sales, ideally within outdoor power equipment or related categories
- Strong network across DACH distributors and retail partners
- Proven success in entering new markets and developing business opportunities
- Industry knowledge in lawn care equipment, particularly robotic solutions, is highly advantageous
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of retail dynamics
- Interest in emerging technologies and market trends, including AI developments
