Are you an experienced Sales professional based in Germany?

Do you have experience working within the Toy, Juvenile or Gift Market?

My client is a global leader within the Toy and Gift category; they're now looking to continue their European expansion with having someone based in Germany managing the DACH territory.

This is a new role for my client where you will be based from home and work remotely. This role reports directly into the Sales Director based in the UK and would involve occasional travel to this location on a quarterly basis.

Key Responsibility's

  • Sales strategy and revenue growth within the account portfolio you will manage
  • Build and Maintain relationships with major retailers, Distributors and Buying groups
  • Negotiate annual agreements, pricing, promotion and trading terms
  • Expand distribution Networks and open new accounts
  • Launch new toy products and brands into the region.
  • Work closely with marketing teams on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
  • Coordinate retailer activation's, merchandising programs, and trade shows.
  • Ensure strong in-store and online product visibility
  • Set revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities in retail, e-commerce, and speciality toy channels.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity.

We are looking for someone who has an established network across the DACH market with major retailers and specialist stores within the Toy, gift or juvenile market.
