About the Opportunity
An established industrial solutions business is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to support the next phase of its commercial growth strategy across Australia.
This role will suit a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys combining relationship management with strategic thinking, data analysis, and market development. You'll work closely with leadership to improve market execution, strengthen OEM and channel partnerships, and help shape future go-to-market strategies over the coming years.
The position offers a strong blend of office-based strategy and customer-facing engagement, with regular interaction across OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and industrial manufacturing clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and strengthen strategic OEM and distribution partnerships
  • Identify opportunities to improve pricing, margins, and market penetration
  • Support the development and rollout of future commercial strategies and sales processes
  • Analyse sales performance data and market trends to drive better business outcomes
  • Engage customers early in project and production lifecycles to identify future opportunities
  • Collaborate across sales, operations, and leadership teams in a dynamic and evolving environment
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives that improve efficiency, execution, and customer engagement
About You
You will ideally bring:
  • Experience in industrial product sales, automation, manufacturing, materials handling, or related sectors
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability
  • Exposure to OEMs, distributors, or system integrator networks
  • The ability to work autonomously while influencing multiple stakeholders
  • A proactive and innovative mindset with strong communication skills
  • Ambition to grow into a broader leadership role over time
