About the Company

Our client is a global leader in the production and distribution of industrial minerals for a variety of industries such as construction, packaging, food, pharmaceuticals and agriculture.

They are on the hunt for an experienced Sales Manager to develop and execute business plans for the material science segment for Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee execution of sales plans for the product segment in Australia and New Zealand to meet business growth targets
• Lead account managers to achieve marketing business plans, sales budgets, drive top line results and provide technical application support to customers
• Monitor sales performance for the product segment

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in sales/marketing management position with similar business/industry
• Tertiary education in Business, Engineering or Science disciplines
• Technical and/or sales experience in industrial minerals and/or chemicals
• Competent in planning, development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies and business plans
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit
• Highly motivated and results orientated with ability to work under limited daily supervision
• Excellent people management skills
