CSG Talent is currently partnered with an exciting mining machinery, wear parts & tech manufacturers in their search for a strong Sales leader.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who has in-depth managing experience and has previously worked with extensive dealer networks. Ideally, the candidate will be connected or have worked within the aggregates market, as this will make up the majority of the position's focus, but this is not a main requirement. Any experience with mining machinery is a bonus, but any industrial machinery background is a good fit.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4 Account Managers
• Manage and optimise a large dealer network
• Drive revenue growth across aggregates, overseeing distribution strategy, dealer performance, and territory alignment

Key requirements

• Strong sales experience, and sales team management experience
• Proven success managing dealer networks and distribution models
• Proven ability to oversee a complex territory and navigate market challenges
• Industrial machinery background - i.e. mining, recycling, large machinery
