Director of Sales - North America | Industrial Equipment

An opportunity to lead, develop and transform a North American sales function within a globally established industrial equipment manufacturer.

CSG Talent is partnering with an international OEM specialising in engineered process equipment and technologies used across mining, minerals processing, chemicals and wider industrial markets.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to take ownership of the North American commercial strategy, lead an established sales team and accelerate growth across both capital equipment and aftermarket solutions.

The Opportunity:

• Lead, mentor and develop a technical sales team across North America.

• Define and execute a commercial growth strategy, identifying new markets and opportunities.

• Drive sales of engineered-to-order equipment and aftermarket solutions.

• Strengthen key customer relationships and develop strategic accounts.

• Improve sales processes, CRM adoption, forecasting and commercial performance.

• Collaborate closely with global leadership, engineering and operational teams.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven sales leadership experience within an industrial equipment OEM.

• Strong technical understanding of process equipment, ideally screening, separation, centrifuges, bulk material handling or related technologies.

• Experience selling complex capital equipment into mining, minerals processing or industrial markets.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, implement change and drive commercial growth.

• A collaborative, hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategic direction and operational execution.
