Roofing Sales Manager

Position Overview
This role blends qualified leads provided by our marketing efforts with the opportunity to generate your own leads through local networking, referrals, and community relationships. You'll manage the entire sales process-from inspection and estimate to signed contract-supported by a skilled production team that ensures every project runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct roof inspections and evaluate residential and small commercial properties
• Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for roofing and related exterior services
• Educate homeowners on roofing systems, materials, warranties, and financing options
• Maintain consistent communication with customers from first contact through project completion
• Collaborate with the production manager to ensure clear project handoff and scheduling
• Proactively generate additional leads through networking, referrals, and local presence

• Base salary plus performance-based commission
• Estimated annual earnings: $85,000-$105,000+
