Roofing Project Manager

The Senior Commercial Roofing Project Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering successful projects that meet client specifications, budget, and timeline expectations.

Duties

• Lead and manage all phases of commercial roofing projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and met.
• Oversee on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and other equipment to facilitate roofing installation and repairs.
• Perform or supervise heavy lifting tasks and manage materials such as metal studs, framing components, and roofing materials.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with schematics and construction plans.
• Manage project documentation including schematics, blueprints, permits, and change orders.
• Maintain a focus on safety by enforcing protocols related to heavy lifting, scaffolding use, hazardous materials handling (e.g., caulking), and general site safety.
