An established commercial roofing contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join its team in Minnesota. The company specialises in commercial roofing solutions, working across a variety of projects to deliver high-quality workmanship and reliable service to its clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional who can combine accurate estimating with effective project management, taking projects from initial bid through to successful completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates, reviewing construction drawings and specifications, completing material and labour take-offs, obtaining supplier pricing, and preparing competitive bid proposals. Following project award, you will oversee project delivery, including scheduling, procurement, labour coordination, subcontractor management, budgeting, change orders, cost control and client communication. You will work closely with field teams, suppliers, general contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and within budget while maintaining quality standards and profitability.

Candidates should have previous experience in commercial roofing estimating and/or project management, with a strong understanding of roofing systems, construction methods, specifications and project costs. Proficiency with The EDGE estimating software and Bluebeam Revu is required, including the ability to use digital take-off tools to review drawings, quantify materials and prepare accurate estimates. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and commercially aware, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple bids and projects simultaneously. Experience with commercial and industrial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC and modified bitumen, would be advantageous.
