Key Responsibilities

* Conduct regular site visits to ensure maintenance delivery, service quality, safety compliance, and technician support

* Drive reliability improvement, process improvement, and standardisation of best practice across customer sites

* Monitor planned preventative maintenance activity and ensure works are completed in line with customer expectations

* Review customer reports and ensure timely, accurate submission of required documentation

* Support technician development across both experienced and junior team members

* Coordinate escalation activity with internal technical, engineering, and service support teams

* Ensure licences, inductions, training requirements, and safety documentation remain current across the team

* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery, maintenance processes, and customer engagement

About You

You are a practical, approachable, and customer-focused technical leader who can build trust with both technicians and customers.

You will ideally bring:

* Electrical engineering or electrical trade background

* Experience leading, supervising, or mentoring technicians in a service, maintenance, automation, or industrial environment

* Strong understanding of automated equipment, controls, PLCs, or industrial systems

* Experience working in 24/7 operational environments such as warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or distribution

* Strong communication skills and confidence engaging directly with customers

* Ability to work autonomously without being micromanaged

* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong focus on reliability and continuous improvement

* Strong safety awareness and the ability to promote safe working practices across multiple sites

* Current Australian driver's licence

* Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship

Highly Regarded

* A-grade electrical licence

* Previous experience in automated warehousing, intralogistics, materials handling, robotics, conveyors, sortation, or similar systems

* Experience managing teams across multiple customer sites

* Exposure to planned preventative maintenance programs and breakdown escalation processes
