Reliability Engineer - Food Manufacturing

CSG are partnered with a leading food manufacturer to appoint a Reliability Engineer to support plant reliability, equipment uptime, and maintenance improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on role focused on reducing downtime, improving asset performance, and driving continuous improvement across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a strong safety and reliability culture
• Lead downtime reduction and equipment reliability initiatives
• Conduct RCFA and FMEA investigations
• Improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Track KPIs including MTBF, MTTR, and OEE
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical equipment failures
• Partner with Operations, QA, and Engineering teams
• Support CMMS maintenance planning and asset tracking
• Assist with equipment upgrades, replacements, and capital projects

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of reliability or maintenance engineering experience
• Mechanical Engineering degree preferred
• Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP or Maximo
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food manufacturing standards
