CSG Talent are partnered with a leading mining technology company, specialising within asset health & predictive maintenance software in the mining space. Following recent investment, they are looking to hire a Regional Vice President to their North America team, owning commercial, operations and customer success outcomes.

As Regional VP, you will take full ownership of the region's commercial and operational performance. This is a true P&L leadership role, spanning sales, delivery, customer success, and long-term account growth. You'll lead an integrated regional team across sales, services, and technical functions, aligning growth targets with delivery capability, and acting as the senior point of accountability for customers in-region.

Essential experience includes proven success owning regional revenue and retention targets, experience leading both sales and delivery teams at scale, and strong industry credibility and executive-level relationships across the mining & maintenance industry.

We are looking for candidates based in Canada, with the opportunity to work remotely (with travel). You will report directly to the COO.

In this Regional Vice President position, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning regional strategy and performance across revenue, delivery, and customer outcomes, with full accountability for commercial results.
  • Leading sales execution, pipeline, and forecasting. Build senior relationships, drive new business, and expand key accounts.
  • Overseeing all regional delivery functions, ensuring high-quality execution, strong adoption, and scalable capacity aligned to growth.
  • Maintaining executive relationships across key accounts, ensuring alignment, value delivery, and long-term partnerships.
  • Delivering accurate forecasts across revenue and services, reporting performance to the executive team.
  • Partnering with Product, R&D, and Marketing to feed regional insights into roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • P&L Ownership - Own regional financial performance, balancing growth, delivery capacity, and profitability.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have 15+ years' experience in commercial positions, with at least 5 years experience leading regional, multi-functional teams within the mining industry.
  • Experience with mining technology, specifically within mining equipment maintenance software.
  • Fluent in English, with French or Spanish being desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related, with MBA preferred.
  • Based in Canada with right to work, willing to travel internationally.
