The Opportunity

We are partnering with a respected, multi-location construction equipment dealership group, to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to lead its Oklahoma sales organization.

This role represents an opportunity to build on an established platform while helping guide the next phase of growth across the state. The business has a strong brand, solid infrastructure, and a long-term commitment to investing in its people, products, and market presence.

The position will suit a sales leader who enjoys developing teams, setting clear standards, and driving consistent execution in the field.

Position Overview

Based in or around Tulsa, the Regional Sales Manager will oversee approximately 8 sales representatives operating across multiple Oklahoma locations.

The role has a strong emphasis on field leadership, coaching, and day-to-day engagement with the sales team. Senior leadership is aligned around the importance of consistency, accountability, and disciplined sales execution as the organization continues to evolve and grow.

This is a visible leadership role with meaningful influence and the opportunity to shape how sales is executed across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support a statewide team of 8 sales representatives
  • Establish clear expectations, structure, and accountability across the sales organization
  • Spend regular time in the field conducting ride-alongs and coaching sessions

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a credible, steady sales leader with the ability to balance accountability and empathy.

  • Experience leading sales teams within construction equipment, heavy equipment, or a related dealership environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop salespeople and improve consistency across a territory
  • Comfortable being present in the field and leading from the front
