We are partnered with a high-growth, multi-site healthcare services organisation seeking a hands-on Recruiting Manager to take ownership of clinician hiring and build out a more structured talent function.
This is a build role.
The business has scaled rapidly over the past few years and delivers medical services. With continued contract wins and expansion across multiple sites, they are now looking to bring in a Recruiting Manager to take control of hiring and introduce structure to a currently unbuilt function.
This is not a maintenance position. It is suited to someone who has operated in a high-demand, delivery-focused environment and can build process, improve agency performance, and drive hiring outcomes at pace.
What we are looking for:
5-10+ years recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare or clinical staffing
Experience hiring physicians, nurses, or behavioral health professionals (or adjacent)
Strong experience managing and partnering with external staffing agencies
Background in high-volume, multi-site hiring environments
Experience building or improving recruiting processes, tracking, and reporting
Able to operate in a fast-paced, founder-led or scaling business
