Description

You will be responsible for operating on site as well as managing a team.

Key accountability's include but are not limited to:

• A clear, confident and concise communicator who is able manage a small team
• Drive maintenance of the food safety QMS
• Well-organised and the ability to multi tast in a fast pace environment
• Committed to food safety and drive these principles
• Ethical and responsible, understands and adheres to Quality Standards of Business Conduct always

Profile

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• Degree qualification in Quality Assurance/Food Safety/Food science or equivalent
• In depth manufacturing knowledge and experience in a Food environment
• Proven people management skills with ability to flex styles to differing individual needs
• Sound knowledge of food production process and retail food standards
• Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organisation
