The Project Manager is a licensed (or pursuing licensure) architect responsible for the development of project vision, design, and technical execution, producing complete, accurate, and well-coordinated design documents. This role involves interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating complex projects and/or multiple projects simultaneously, in collaboration with the Project Manager, as applicable.
The Project Architect demonstrates a strong commitment to continuous improvement in project delivery, overall design quality, performance, and technical innovation. Excellent listening and communication skills are essential to foster collaboration with project team members and to represent our client and their clientele professionally. A high level of accountability and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across multiple disciplines are critical to ensuring project success.
The ideal candidate will have Strong Revit proficiency.

Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Coordinating and supervising the overall Project Team
Directing and coordinating internal and external consultants to meet established project goals
Adhering to both our client's internal standards and client guidelines to meet deadlines within the agreed project scope and budget
Planning and developing architectural projects by:
Establishing strong working relationships with Clients, Consultants, General Contractors, fabricators, and suppliers
Assisting in proposal and marketing efforts to define project scope, goals, and support business development
Applying strong knowledge and interpretation of applicable building codes and industry standards
Making sound design and documentation decisions using discretion and professional judgment
Leading teams to produce complete project document sets (drawings and specifications) that meet design intent, client expectations, schedules, and budgets
Assisting the Project Manager, when applicable, with project budgeting and program development
Participating in QA/QC reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of deliverables
Meeting with Clients and Contractors to provide interpretation of contract documents
Overseeing Construction Contract Administration activities
Maintaining awareness of ongoing projects, internal resources, and firm-wide standards
Maintaining professional licensure, state registrations, and relevant professional affiliations
Collaborating across studios or teams as required to meet project objectives
Contributing to the overall quality, success, and culture of the studio and firm
Graduate of an accredited architectural program with a Bachelor's or Master's degree
Registered/Licensed Architect with 8+ years of professional experience
Proven competency across all aspects of architectural design and documentation
Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and project specifications
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, comprehensive drawing sets for complex projects from concept through construction administration
Proficiency in multiple software platforms preferred; technical proficiency in Revit and familiarity with Autodesk's AEC Suite and Construction Cloud are required
Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to lead teams of professionals and consultants to achieve client and project objectives
May directly supervise architects and designers. Responsibilities may include mentoring, training, planning, assigning and directing work; evaluating performance against project requirements and budgets; supporting professional development; and assisting with issue resolution related to individual and project needs. All supervisory responsibilities are carried out in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
