As Project Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the design coordination and stakeholder management for a major integrated development currently in the design and early planning stages. You'll oversee consultant teams, manage design and documentation programs, and drive alignment between the client vision, commercial objectives, and delivery strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing design development across architectural, engineering, and specialist disciplines.
Overseeing consultant engagement, coordination, and performance through the design phase.
Managing budgets, programs, and design deliverables to meet project milestones.
Facilitating design workshops, progress meetings, and client reporting.
Liaising with authorities and stakeholders to secure necessary approvals.
Ensuring design intent aligns with commercial, operational, and sustainability objectives.
Preparing the project for successful procurement and construction delivery.
You are a capable and confident Project Manager with experience in complex design coordination and stakeholder engagement. You'll bring:
5-8 years' experience in project management, ideally within the property or construction sectors.
Strong understanding of design and development processes for large-scale, multi-use or hospitality projects.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to manage consultants, budgets, and programs concurrently.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management.
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
