Project Manager - Enterprise Data, AI & Reporting

Location: Remote (with some travel)
Contract: 12 months initially, with potential extension through to end of 2027
Start date: September 2026

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategically important enterprise data and reporting programme for a global FinTech/SaaS organisation.

This is a senior delivery role operating across Technology, Data, Finance and the wider business. You will take ownership of multiple workstreams, ensuring plans, dependencies, risks and resources are effectively managed while providing clear reporting to senior and C-suite stakeholders.

The successful candidate will combine strong programme delivery skills with enough technical depth to understand how data, engineering and technology teams operate. You don't need to be a hands-on engineer, but you must be able to engage confidently with technical teams, understand their challenges and dependencies, and translate technical delivery into clear business outcomes.

A strong understanding of SaaS businesses and their commercial metrics is essential, alongside an aptitude for using modern AI tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate multiple enterprise data, reporting and technology workstreams.
  • Own programme plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks and governance.
  • Work closely with Data, Engineering, Technology, Finance and business teams.
  • Understand and constructively challenge technical delivery, architecture and dependencies.
  • Translate technical progress and risks into clear executive-level communication.
  • Ensure programme priorities remain connected to commercial and measurable business outcomes.
  • Work with Finance and commercial stakeholders around KPIs, revenue and SaaS performance metrics.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve planning, analysis, documentation, reporting and programme productivity.
  • Provide clear programme updates and recommendations to C-suite stakeholders.

We're Looking For:

  • Strong Project/Programme Management experience across technology, data, analytics or digital transformation.
  • Previous experience within a SaaS organisation and a strong understanding of SaaS metrics and commercial drivers.
  • FinTech, financial technology or closely related industry experience.
  • Strong technical background/understanding and the ability to work credibly with Data, Engineering and Technology teams.
  • Experience delivering complex, multi-workstream programmes.
  • Good understanding of enterprise data, analytics and reporting environments.
  • Practical experience leveraging Claude, Microsoft Copilot or equivalent AI tools.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including revenue and performance metrics.
  • Excellent governance, risk, dependency and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence operating at C-suite level, including presenting, challenging and facilitating senior-level decisions.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile enterprise programme within a global SaaS environment where data, AI and technology transformation are key strategic priorities.
