Our client is seeking a licensed Architectural Project Manager to join a highly collaborative Practice focused on delivering impactful Education projects throughout the Carolinas.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project leader who enjoys managing complex projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and building strong client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing a long-standing K-12 program while working alongside a collaborative team of architects, designers, and project professionals.
Lead the delivery of K-12 and community-focused projects from planning through construction.
Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project performance.
Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and internal resources.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
Oversee construction administration activities and project execution.
Mentor and support junior team members while contributing to a collaborative studio culture.
Work closely with leadership to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Balance multiple projects while maintaining quality, profitability, and schedule commitments.
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Licensed Architect (required).
8+ years of architectural experience with significant project management responsibilities.
Strong experience managing K-12, Higher Education
Proven ability to lead consultants, manage clients, and oversee project delivery.
Proficiency in Revit and contract document production.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Our client offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, project management expertise, and professional credentials. The anticipated salary range for this position is approximately $115,000 - $145,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
