A design-led international architecture studio in New York is seeking a Project Manager to join the team as the firm continues to expand its portfolio of high-profile projects around the world.

This is an opportunity to join a growing practice known for delivering refined, high-end architecture across multiple international markets. The studio works on complex and design-driven projects including branded residences, luxury hospitality resorts, and large-scale mixed-use developments across locations such as the Middle East, Latin America, and Europe. With a strong pipeline of global work and plans to expand the studio over the coming years, the firm offers the chance to play a meaningful role in shaping both projects and the studio's continued growth.

As a Project Manager, you will support the delivery of several major projects while helping maintain operational stability across the studio. You will coordinate with design teams, oversee project documentation and production, manage contracts and fee proposals, and act as a key point of coordination with clients and consultants. This role offers the opportunity to work across international projects while contributing to a collaborative and design-focused studio environment.

Requirements

  • 8-15 years of professional architecture experience
  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch preferred)
  • Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure
  • Strong proficiency in Revit
  • Experience managing complex or international projects preferred
  • Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills
