The Opportunity
As Project Director, you will be based in the Brisbane head office and take a senior leadership role in both project delivery and team development. You'll work closely with the Directors to lead key healthcare projects while supporting the ongoing growth and capability of the business.
You will:
- Lead the delivery of complex client-side health and healthcare build projects from inception through to completion.
- Act as a trusted advisor to health clients, consultants, and delivery partners.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to Project Managers and emerging talent.
- Contribute to business planning, resourcing, and project governance.
- Maintain high standards of commercial, contractual, and risk management across projects.
- Support business development activities through client relationships and repeat work.
About You
You are an experienced client-side Project Director with a strong background in healthcare construction delivery. You will bring:
- Proven experience delivering hospital, healthcare, or health-related infrastructure projects.
- Strong client-facing capability and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to lead by example in a small, high-trust team environment.
- Solid commercial acumen and understanding of project governance.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
