Project Director Client-Side - Major Healthcare Infrastructure Project
Location: Cairns (Relocation Opportunity)
An opportunity to join a well-established, client-side project management consultancy with a strong track record delivering complex infrastructure and healthcare projects across Australia.
They are currently supporting the delivery of a landmark $1B+ healthcare redevelopment in North Queensland, a multi-stage program that will transform clinical services, expand capacity, and contribute to a long-term vision.
We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers and Project Directors who can lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects from early planning through to delivery.
The Opportunity
- Lead major work packages across a large-scale healthcare redevelopment
- Be involved early, influencing delivery strategy, design coordination, and stakeholder engagement
- Work within a highly collaborative environment across government, consultants, and contractors
- Long-term project pipeline with strong visibility and impact
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or healthcare projects ($100M+)
- Strong stakeholder management across complex environments
- Background in client-side, consultancy, or tier-one contractor environments
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive outcomes across program phases
