Project Architect / Manager | Architecture | Tampa or Sarasota

We are partnered with a growing architecture studio in Florida seeking a Project Manager to support expanding project delivery across Tampa and Sarasota. This role can be based in either Tampa or Sarasota.

This is a hands-on delivery role for an experienced architectural Project Manager who is comfortable owning projects day-to-day, coordinating teams and consultants, and supporting senior leadership by driving work forward.

The firm itself are very highly regarded across Tampa Bay, winning numerous design awards across a variety of typology's.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager within an architecture firm
• Licensed Architect preferred (or actively on the path)
• Strong experience managing projects from design through construction administration
• Comfortable owning schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination
• Experience acting as the day-to-day client contact
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight
• Strong organisational and communication skills
