Project Architect | Healthcare

Healthcare Architect | Tampa Bay or Miami

We are partnered with an established architecture studio with offices across Florida seeking a Healthcare Architect to support a growing pipeline of healthcare work across the Tampa Bay region. This role will be locally based, with light regional travel across St. Pete, Tampa, Sarasota, and Bradenton as needed.

This is a hands-on role for an architect who is comfortable owning healthcare projects through delivery, particularly construction administration, and acting as the local face of projects while collaborating closely with an established healthcare team based in South Florida.

The firm itself are a highlighly respected design firm out of Florida, with multiple design awards & AIA recognition.

What we are looking for:

• 5-10+ years of professional architectural experience
• Strong healthcare project experience required
• Comfortable running projects through CA independently
• Experience working on hospitals, acute care, or complex healthcare facilities
• Strong technical and construction documentation skills
• Ability to coordinate consultants and manage project teams
• Comfortable with light regional travel across the Gulf Coast
• Clear, confident communicator with clients and internal teams
• Licensed Architect preferred (or actively pursuing licensure)
