Production Supervisor - Food Manufacturing

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join a growing food manufacturing business. This is an opportunity to lead production teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while driving safety, quality, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop production employees to achieve daily production targets.
• Ensure all food safety, quality, and GMP standards are consistently met.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Monitor production performance and resolve operational issues.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and engagement.
• Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a safe working environment and promote a strong safety culture.

Requirements

• Must have previous Production Supervisor experience within food manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of GMPs, HACCP, food safety, and quality standards.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and achieve production KPIs.
