Production Supervisor - Food Manufacturing
We are partnered with a leading food manufacturer to identify a hands-on Production Supervisor to support high-volume bakery operations. This role focuses on front line leadership, shift execution, and maintaining strong safety and quality standards across multiple shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise bakery production teams of up to 100 employees
Manage daily production, safety, quality, and sanitation standards
Oversee both direct hires and temporary employees
Ensure CCP compliance and support SQF audits
Provide coverage across multiple shifts, weekends, and vacations
Communicate clearly and take initiative to keep production running smoothly=
Qualifications
3-5 years of production or manufacturing leadership experience
Food manufacturing experience required (bakery/buns preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Stable work history with good job tenure
Bilingual is a plus
Schedule
9-hour shifts
Relief coverage primarily on 2nd and 3rd shift
Weekend availability required
