Production Supervisor - Food Manufacturing
We are partnered with a leading manufacturer of Baked Goods to identify a hands-on Production Supervisor to support high-volume bakery operations. This role focuses on front line leadership, shift execution, and maintaining strong safety and quality standards across multiple shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise bakery production teams of up to 40 employees
- Manage daily production, safety, quality, and sanitation standards
- Oversee both direct hires and temporary employees
- Ensure CCP compliance and support SQF audits
- Communicate clearly and take initiative to keep production running smoothly
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Food manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Stable work history with good job tenure
- Bilingual is essential
Schedule
- 3rd Shift Position
- Weekend availability required
