Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results driven Production Manager to oversee all aspects of the snack manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure production efficiency, quality, and safety while leading a team of production staff to meet and exceed operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, and oversee daily production operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Manage and supervise production teams, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
• Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with supply chain, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and continuous training.
• Manage production budgets, labor costs, and inventory control.
• Identify and resolve operational issues proactively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in food/snack production management.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, food safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in production planning software and MS Office applications.
